On-Site Consultation
We offer a complimentary consultation at the auction location to discuss the items for sale, logistics, timing, and address any questions you may have.
Contract and Scheduling
Following the consultation, we will send you an auction contract for review and signature via email. Once the contract is signed, we will schedule the work and maintain communication with you until the project is completed.
Auction Setup
Our setup process includes organizing items for sale, taking photographs, and writing descriptions. Once complete, a digital file is created and uploaded to our website, and the auction begins.
Marketing
We conduct extensive marketing tailored to each auction to attract buyers and maximize exposure for optimal results.
Auction
Bidding typically lasts for two weeks, during which we offer a preview for bidders to inspect items. After the final day of bidding, a pickup day is scheduled for winning bidders.
Post-Auction Services
Following the pickup day, we can provide cleanout services for remaining items. You can expect a detailed settlement mailed within 30 days which includes a list of items sold and the sale proceeds.
