Connecting Bidding and Selling

Welcome to Cardinal Auction Services!  Bidding on our auctions is straightforward, but if you are new to online auctions, we would like to outline a few guidelines to make your experience as enjoyable and seamless as possible.

Registration

You must register to bid in our auctions. Click on the Register and enter the required information. Upon registration, you will be assigned a Bidder number and password that can be used for all present and future auctions with Cardinal Auction Services.

Bidding

Once registered, you can log in and participate fully in any auction we have listed, current and future. If you have any questions about bidding, don’t hesitate to call us at 804-361-4155 and check out our Guides & Tips page.

Preview Items

Before each auction closes, we offer a preview time to inspect the listed items. This is important because each sale is AS IS, and we do not disclose defects, functionality, or condition on any item. This information is also listed in our Terms and Agreements.

Pickup Items

Once the auction is completed you will receive an invoice via email of the items you won. You will need to schedule a pickup appointment through Signup Genius.  Please note the location listed for the auction; the specific street number will be sent by email once your appointment is made. NOTE:  you are responsible for bringing your own moving help, packing materials and ensure you can complete your pickup by the end time listed.
